We’ve made our hire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. From the moment you get in touch to the moment we collect your tub, you’ll know exactly what to expect.

Call us on 0792 753 0286 or fill in our contact form to check availability for your chosen dates. We’ll help you choose the right model and answer any questions about access, setup, or space.

Book Your Dates

Our standard hire runs from Thursday to Monday (4 nights). If you need alternative drop-off or collection times, let us know – we’re happy to be flexible where possible

Prepare the Space

Before delivery, you’ll need to make sure there’s a suitable space for your hot tub:

  • Flat and level surface (decking, patio, or solid ground)
  • Outdoor plug socket or access to power supply
  • Garden hose and nearby tap
  • Clear access route (minimum width required – we’ll confirm based on your model)
  • We can plug in through slightly opened window if socket is unavailable

Our hot tubs are solid, one-piece units, so it’s important to check access — we’ll guide you through what’s needed when you book.

Delivery & Setup

On the day of delivery (normally Thursday), we’ll:

  • Deliver the hot tub to your location
  • Position and install the tub
  • Connect power and water
  • Provide a full safety and usage guide

Our team will ensure everything is running perfectly before we leave.

Enjoy Your Experience

Once filled, the tub takes several hours to heat (typically overnight). Then it’s all yours to enjoy — whether for relaxation, celebration or family time.

If you have any issues during your hire, we’re only a phone call away.

Hassle-Free Collection

We’ll return on Monday (or another agreed date) to drain, clean, and collect the hot tub. You don’t need to do a thing.
